Our Story
It was in 1985 that Nicole Dugas founded, in Saint-Hubert, the company under its original name: Buffet Alexandre. Backed by experience gained in kitchens and on-site services, she wanted to promote her own professional values. Thanks to her expertise, it was an immediate success. The company expanded rapidly and has grown ever since. Already, customers benefit from the excellence of its products and services of the highest quality.
In 1991, the name Alexandre Maître-Traiteur (Alexandre Master Caterer) is adopted. In 1997, the son of Mrs. Dugas, Martin Fisette, joins the company as vice president to develop new markets and modernize methods and practices.
Today, with a growing clientele, Alexandre Maître-Traiteur is at the center of a variety of events: wedding reception, christening, Christmas, New Year, social circle, retirement, funeral, corporate meetings, employees' party, businesses' official opening and many more.
The company
Alexandre Maître-Traiteur is a one-stop business types. This means that we can take care of the whole event. Our services are offered as turnkey or according to your requests. We can offer our services in a 50 km radius and accommodate groups from 10 to 650 people.
We discuss with each client in order to make every effort to deliver menus and services that he really wants. We also take into account guests with special needs and allergies or food intolerances, as well as those who are vegetarians, to prepare for them special meals just as delicious.
We evaluate each type of event individually down to the smallest detail to satisfy all needs, without exceeding the allocated budget, so to deliver you scrumptious dishes in a timely manner and provide services of exceptional quality.
In addition, all the food delivered to clients is entirely made by the chefs of Alexandre Maître-Traiteur without using any subcontractor. This way, we can have total control on quality and production, allowing us to deliver you delicious dishes of incomparable quality.
